Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Planning and Portfolio Manager to join our team as a contractor based in Costa Rica. In this role, you will be the backbone of our team's planning and portfolio management, ensuring our initiatives are on track and aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Prioritization: You will own and operate the GPO intake and prioritization process for all Partner Operations and PRM systems requests.
- Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for managing the portfolio of GPO programs. This includes collecting status updates from our working teams, creating and maintaining status reports, and sharing broad portfolio visibility with leaders.
- Capacity Management: You will drive the capacity planning and management for the Partner Operations team to ensure we have the right resources allocated to the right initiatives at the right time.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: You should have 3-5 years of experience as a program or project manager, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment. Experience in Go-to-Market (GTM), Revenue Operations, or Partnerships is a plus.
- Highly Organized: You have a proven track record of managing a large portfolio of initiatives and keeping complex projects on track.
- Technical Skills: You are proficient with Smartsheet and Google Docs/Slides.
- AI Acumen: You have experience using AI tools to enhance your work, whether for documentation, analysis, or other planning functions
