Job Description
Position Title: Accounting Clerk: II
Work Location: Durham, NC
Assignment Duration: 6 Months
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Position Summary:
Performs data entry related to accounts payable and receivable.
Reviews and processes billing and payroll transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs data entry related to accounts payable and receivable.
• Reviews and processes billing and payroll transactions.
• Codes invoices to accounts.
• Prepares periodic reconciliation reports.
• Posts cash receipts.
• Able to perform general bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
• Requires aptitude for quantitative analysis and strong MS Excel skills.
• Experience with Accounts Payable in an ERP system, SAP preferred but not required.
