Title: Procurement Agent 1
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Pomona, CA 91768 Hybrid - onsite days Monday/Tuesday (flexible)
Hours/Schedule: 40 hrs/week, M-F 8-5

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maintains moderately complex purchase orders and change orders.
• Assists in driving innovation, improving ways of working, and enhancing supplier management systems.
• Aids in executing purchasing and sourcing strategies, addressing short-term and long-term material requirements to achieve the purchasing performance metrics of timely delivery, right quality and optimum cost.
• Assists with the undertaking of analysis supporting the resolution of risk issues and gap identification.
• Aids in training peers and other stakeholders on the procurement process
  Helps maintain effective stakeholder relationships with internal customers to become a trusted business partner.
• A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Required Skills:

• 4-year degree or equivalent based on demonstrated experience.
• Good attention to detail, can learn MS Office suite of apps.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SAP ECC for materials management, purchase orders, change orders, requisitions.
• Develop and maintain Outline Agreements, Source Lists, and monitor PO Automation across apparatus categories.
• Execute Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Request for Proposals across multiple apparatus categories.
• Familiarity with Ariba.
