Overview of Position:
Responsible for leading teams in driving the management, development, review and delivery of compelling proposal responses that positively impact Workday:
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead multiple RFx efforts ensuring compliance to customer and prospect requirements and adherence to company business practices

Collaborate with Sales, Presales and/or external third-party and system integration partners to develop strategic concepts and themes ensuring solutions are properly positioned in RFx responses and customer communications

Co-develop executive summaries in collaboration with Sales, Presales and Value Management Team

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables for proposal efforts to guarantee customer and prospect deadlines are met

Lead RFx Kickoff calls and follow up activities

Leverage AI to develop drafts and/or write, edit and deliver clear, concise, and quality RFx responses ensuring brand consistency, error-free copy and adherence to established standards.

Drive proposal reviews including determining participants, review timeliness, feedback resolution and integrating appropriate comments/modifications

Drive follow on RFx activities to ensure complete customer evaluation of proposals, including customer clarifications, identified deficiencies, or other related activities

Support updating and maintaining RFP content, proposal assets and process documentation.
Experience Requirements:

7+ years in proposal writing/management, editing and desktop publishing or sales/technical writing

Demonstrated strong time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead RFx response and project teams with varying work styles, work schedules and with the flexibility to work across multiple time zones

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills. Proficient AI and proposal management software skills required. Ombud experience a plus.

Proficiency in publishing software like Adobe Express and online RFP portals desirable.

HR, Financial and AI solution sales support with an emphasis on cloud experience a plus
