Position Title: Sr. Analyst Functional Support
Duration: 12 months
Working Location: North York, Thorold or Brantford ON
Hybrid Model: In-Office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) Remote (Wednesday & Friday)

Job Description:
Provide day-to-day functional support related to (but not limited to):

• meter reading,
• billing and financial invoicing,
• customer management module issues,
• work order integration
• service address issues which impact our ability to bill over three million customers each month.
• Manage other related “How To” questions, Adhoc reports/queries, QRAM, Deferral Variance, and Downstream Systems Integration
• The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to drive system improvements which increase customer satisfaction and improve productivity.
• The candidate will communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders; written and verbal communications typically consist of the collection of information and analysis of business implications
