Job Description

Job Title: Operations Associate III
Location: Remote
Duration: 7 months
Responsibilities:
  • First line of central defense to triage Partner Managers to the right places to get issues resolved or surface enablement content.
  • Track data issues to ensure feedback is captured in the central trackers.
  • Proactively do data quality checks in the system to understand where poor data quality is affecting reporting readouts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to revise their inputs if they are inputting data that doesn’t comply with our central guidance.
  • Resource for stakeholders as they look to drive their region’s operational metrics.
 
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven analytical skills and data interpretation skills. Proficient in SQL and data manipulation tools.
  • Proven project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to execute on ambiguous problem statements.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work across a large and global org to guide colleagues to adopt best practices.
  • Proactive and resourceful to identify operational gaps and drive issue resolution independently.
 
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with Meta’s advertising tools and internal Sales team (e.g., involved in Sales CRM launch).
 
Years of overall experience required?:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in launching or building out a CRM tool that’s internal to the company
 
Degrees/certifications required?: N/A
 
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Meta’s data foundations.
  • Preferred: Experience with Meta’s advertising tools and internal Sales team (e.g., involved in Sales CRM launch).

  • First line of central defense to triage Partner Managers to the right places to get issues resolved or surface enablement content.
 
How will performance be measured?:
  • Meeting deadlines, executing tasks with accuracy, etc.
 
How many rounds of interviews?: 2 rounds
Types of Interviews: Behavioral with CWAM and technical (SQL)
Interview Duration: 30 mins for behavioral and 45 mins
