Job Title: Senior Developer
Duration: 6-12 months (Contract to hire)
Location: Columbia, SC (Partial Onsite Tues-Thurs)

Standard work hours – 8am-5pm
Interview: Video/Teams or in person if local

Team Size :

• 2 devs, 1 CX developer, BA, PO, Scrum Master, Tester
• Externally facing websites/Tools in support of our Medicare contracts
• Close team, all working together to make our websites and applications the best they can be easy going.

 
Minimum Required Education: Bachelors degree-in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree.
 
Degree Equivalency: 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree

Minimum Required Work Experience: 8 years-of application development, systems testing or other job related experience.  
 
Required technologies (such as products, platforms, applications, equipment, operating systems, servers etc.):

• 5+ years of professional development experience, with a proven track record in complex projects.

Expert-level proficiency in:

• Node.js for API development.
• React with TypeScript, ideally with Next.js.
• Building containerized applications
• Building Restful Web Services

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and monitoring tools.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading development teams.
