Job Description
Position Title: Business Information Management Analyst V
Duration: 8 months (Possible extension)
BU: Human Resources - Global Technology & Solutions
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9-5
Location: Front Street, Toronto, ON ( 2 days in office but will be going 4 days eventually
Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: development background, financial and ecommerce back ground team player, motivation to learn, goal orientated.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: ideation with the developers, discussing how to deploy and develop logically, cross functional conversion
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) API Domain
2.) Team player
3.) API gateway technology
4.) PI Management Domain
SOFT SKILLS:
1.)Attention to detail
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) exp developer portal - Apigee, MS Azure, Envoy
Role
• Management Domain (Eg: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Websocket, EDA etc.)
• API Management Platform/Tools (Eg: Apigee, MS Azure, Envoy etc.)
• implementing/maintaining API Developer Portal or API Gateways
• Functional & Technical Content Creation/Authoring for portals
• User Interface & Experience
• Identify, document, and validate current state technology capabilities/ecosystem and support stakeholders to design the desired future state; provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.
• Own and manage the traceability of system requirements through design and development, testing, and deployment; ensure the acceptance criteria demonstrates the changes to systems that will meet stakeholder expectations.
• Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
Interview process: 1 round with manager and if needed will have one more – VIRTUAL
