Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates expert proficiency in creating targeted email campaigns, including audience segmentation, form creation, quality assurance, and execution within Microsoft Dynamics. Ensuring campaigns are accurately configured, tested, and delivered to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with website content management tool (Adobe Experience Manager) to guide the creation and updating of web pages. Ensures all content aligns with branding standards and undergoes thorough quality assurance to maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
- Familiarity with Canadian French regulations and translation requirements.
- Familiarity with a variety of analytics, research, and reporting platforms such as Looker Studio for website performance reporting and Demandbase for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) insights. Leverages data to inform strategy and optimize marketing efforts.
- Identifies moderately complex website changes and enhancements needed to improve user experience and functionality. Effectively communicates these requirements to the appropriate teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Completes moderately complex design and content writing tasks as assigned by colleagues to improve and expand the company's digital marketing efforts.
- Uses SEO tools (SEMrush and Google Search Console) to evaluate web pages, audit our site, and perform competitive analysis to uncover actionable insights to improve search rankings and enhance the company’s digital presence.
- Engages with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and contribute to special or strategic projects, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Uses project management tool (Wrike) to manage, assign, and complete projects, deliverables, and tasks. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Partners with regional marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure consistent application and execution of marketing initiatives across different markets and channels.
- Ideates and brainstorms with various teams to generate innovative ideas aimed at enhancing the user experience and driving marketing success.
