- Preferred Candidate Background: Banking Industry
- Risk and Compliance Programs exp
- ServiceNow exp
- Strong communication skills
- How will performance be measured: deliverables
SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide status updates, creating & attending meeting, taking minutes.
- Provide status updates for specific items of high risk.
- May need to have to step up as a delegate for other team members
- Maintaining status updates in Work Front for reporting accuracy this is a nice to have and can be easily learned .
- BAU Admin functions - Project Coordinator with focus on Governance, Risk and compliance projects
- How much time is being spent in meetings : 1 -2 hours daily
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) : 100% internal stakeholders
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? No
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
- MS Office suite proficiency
- Banking Industry
- Risk governance
- Strong communication skills – written, ability to write to the executive level.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Compliance
- ServiceNow exp
- GRC experience
- Issue mgmt background – Strong Preferred
- Managerial Experience and skills
