Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading behavioral health organization to hire Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for multiple clinic locations across the Denver metro area.
Position Overview
The BCBA is responsible for developing, overseeing, and adjusting individualized ABA treatment plans while providing clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This role partners closely with families to ensure meaningful client progress and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Analyze client data and adjust programming to support progress toward goals
Provide clinical supervision and training to RBTs
Collaborate with caregivers through parent training and monthly meetings
Develop transition and discharge plans as appropriate
Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, HIPAA, and payer requirements
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time
Participate in clinical meetings and collaborative team activities
Requirements
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Active BCBA certification (BACB) and applicable state licensure
Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite during business hours; travel as needed
Work Environment
Fast-paced clinical setting
Frequent movement throughout the center
May be exposed to aggressive client behaviors
Moderate to loud noise levels
