Behavioral Technician (BT)
The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading ABA provider to hire Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. No prior ABA experience required — paid training provided.
What You’ll Do
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and record behavioral data
Promote skill-building, communication, and positive behaviors
Ensure client safety and maintain a clean therapy space
Participate in training and team meetings
Pay & Growth
Hourly Pay: $18.00/hr (entry level)
Support to obtain RBT certification within 60 days
Career advancement opportunities through the ABA clinical ladder
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable transportation to the clinic
Willingness to obtain RBT certification
Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or similar preferred
