Behavioral Technician (BT)

The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading ABA provider to hire Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. No prior ABA experience required — paid training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
  

• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  

• Collect and record behavioral data
  

• Promote skill-building, communication, and positive behaviors
  

• Ensure client safety and maintain a clean therapy space
  

• Participate in training and team meetings
  

Pay & Growth

• Hourly Pay: $18.00/hr (entry level)
  

• Support to obtain RBT certification within 60 days
  

• Career advancement opportunities through the ABA clinical ladder
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
  

• Must be at least 18 years old
  

• Reliable transportation to the clinic
  

• Willingness to obtain RBT certification
  

• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or similar preferred
