Title:  Marketing Associate III
Duration: 7+ Months
Location: Burlingame, CA


Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-directed Marketing Coordinator to support channel marketing programs and retail initiatives across North America. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys working with retailer partners to execute the customer journey both online and in-store.

The candidate will collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure partner enablement needs and KPIs are achieved in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 3–5 years of experience in:

    • Channel marketing.

    • Marketing project management.

    • Related marketing roles.

  • Knowledge of the consumer electronics market, industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

  • Experience managing collaborative workloads within defined timelines.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace (GSuite) applications.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Lead marketing strategy and tactics aligned to business objectives.

  • Drive and execute marketing budgets required to achieve KPIs.

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of channel marketing and retail environments.

Program & Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day account activities with marketing counterparts.

  • Execute and report on channel marketing activities and events.

  • Aggregate cross-functional activities (visual merchandising, field services, etc.) to provide a holistic account view.

Creative & Asset Coordination

  • Manage creative asset requirements and requests to ensure timely delivery.

  • Route creative assets between internal and external teams for review, approval, and final handoff.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Provide weekly updates on Partner Enablement activities and performance.

  • Track marketing execution against KPIs and objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to launch products and promotions in-store and online.

  • Demonstrate value to internal and external partners by sharing product knowledge and expertise.
