Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-directed Marketing Coordinator to support channel marketing programs and retail initiatives across North America. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys working with retailer partners to execute the customer journey both online and in-store.
The candidate will collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure partner enablement needs and KPIs are achieved in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic Qualifications

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

3–5 years of experience in:

Channel marketing.
-
Marketing project management.
-
Related marketing roles.
-

Knowledge of the consumer electronics market, industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Experience managing collaborative workloads within defined timelines.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace (GSuite) applications.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
-
Lead marketing strategy and tactics aligned to business objectives.

Drive and execute marketing budgets required to achieve KPIs.

Apply comprehensive knowledge of channel marketing and retail environments.
Program & Account Management
-
Manage day-to-day account activities with marketing counterparts.

Execute and report on channel marketing activities and events.
-
Aggregate cross-functional activities (visual merchandising, field services, etc.) to provide a holistic account view.
Creative & Asset Coordination

Manage creative asset requirements and requests to ensure timely delivery.

Route creative assets between internal and external teams for review, approval, and final handoff.
Reporting & Performance Tracking

Provide weekly updates on Partner Enablement activities and performance.

Track marketing execution against KPIs and objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Partner with internal teams to launch products and promotions in-store and online.

Demonstrate value to internal and external partners by sharing product knowledge and expertise.
