Job Description
Responsible for performing compliance/fraud related investigations in support of the NSC State of Work (SOW) guidelines.50% Performs duties in accordance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services(CMS) regulations and policies for quality and quantity of work as stated in the SOW and PIM.20% Handles complaints of alleged violation of standards and makes referrals to the Durable Medical Equipment Regional Contractor (DMERC) and/or law enforcement agencies as appropriate.20% Supports team projects and tasks.10% Conducts site visits and/or support site visits., Education: Required Education: Bachelor's DegreeRequired Work Experience: 3 years customer service, medical insurance, or investigation related experience.
