Job Description:
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
• Create clear, actionable user documentation and guidance to support the launch of Workforce Planning
• Develop content targeted to Finance leaders, HRBPs, and business leaders
• Write user guides, process documentation, and best practice guidance
• Review and edit content for internal platforms and stakeholder communications
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• Customer facing user experience / documentation
• 4+ years’ experience writing documentation, user guides, or business communications, preferably for enterprise software or HR systems
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for diverse audiences
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to write for executive and operational audiences
• 4 – 6 years in Agile Project Management, Business Writing and content development
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Demonstrated success creating high-impact documentation, training materials, and stakeholder communications
• Experience writing for Finance, HR, or business planning audiences
• Experience working closely with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• An effective multi-tasker who navigates a fast-paced environment with efficiency and balances competing priorities
• Strong customer-focused thinking with ability to anticipate user needs and questions
• Familiarity with workforce planning, financial planning, or HR systems
