Position Title: Distribution Planning Coordinator II
Work Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Assignment Duration: 6 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary:
This position assists and maintains a fluid workflow throughout the many facets of Distributor Services. It encompasses surgical set-assembly, processing inventory returns, answering telephones, maintaining a loaner system, answering customer inquiries, and various shipping and receiving functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, distributors, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
• Manage merchandise within warehouse; including packing, pulling, shipping and receiving products.
• Assemble Medical equipment and implant sets — ensuring accurate product transfer within a systematic timeframe.
• Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.
• Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as processing credits or adjusting bills.
• Routine cycle-counts and audits of inventory.
• Operate office machines such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
• Operate and maintain Autoclave processes and functions; sterilize all incoming product.
• Review documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials. Prepare documentation for freight airway bills and international export documents. Qualification & Experience:

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Stay organized / detail oriented.
• Must have computer literacy to include proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
• Maintain focus on teamwork when performing individual tasks to achieve departmental goals.
• High School diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years of previous customer service, inventory, or distribution experience. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to effectively function in a fast pace working environment.
• Must be physically able to lift and/or move 30lbs.
• Must be physically able to stand for 45-minutes at a time.
