Title: Administrative Assistant II /Development Specialist (Assistant)
Location: 300 W. Huntington Dr., Aracadia, CA 91007
Duration: 8 weeks, with possibility to extend
Hours/Shift: 5 days x 8 hours
Start Time – End Time: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:
Must Have:
- 5+ years admin/project coordination experience
- Strong Excel + reporting skills
- Experience supporting leadership/executives
- Event coordination or fundraising support (nice to have but very relevant)
- High attention to detail + confidentiality
- Strong written communication
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education + experience
Experience:
- 5+ years directly related administrative or project support experience
Core Skills:
- Strong computer proficiency
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills:

Key Responsibilities (What they will actually do)
- Coordinate and manage administrative projects (budgets, schedules, deliverables)
- Provide day-to-day operational support to leadership
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintain confidential files and materials
- Research donor data and giving histories
- Manage calendars and scheduling
- Support fundraising events and special functions
- Assist with board meetings and committee logistics
- Provide customer service to donors/stakeholders
