Duration: 6 months
Location: Davidson, NC (Hybrid 4 days onsite)
Job Description:
The Recruiting Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering a world-class experience. Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Vendors, Candidates, and HR Centers of Excellence (COE's), to ensure smooth and streamlined processes from position planning requests to creating a differentiated candidate interview experience.
What you will do:
• Partner with key stakeholders to schedule interviews for candidates by providing comprehensive support throughout the process, including interview scheduling and logistics, travel and expense coordination, and overall guidance for candidates.
• Help support position planning in the Americas.
• Cultivate a partnership-centric approach to the candidate experience, fostering strong relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and interview teams to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to accurately evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
• Proactively coach and guide stakeholders in complying with standard work processes, promoting inclusion, and continuously improving the experience.
• Play a key role in execution of organizational hiring initiatives / projects and HR Solutions and Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Drive innovation and improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and implement new practices that align with partnership, agility, and exceptional candidate service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ranging from general inquiries to complex challenges, by leveraging a thorough understanding of the organization's structure, HR internal processes, and relationships with vendors, managers, and HR teams.
What you will bring:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a similar role that emphasizes partnership and agility.
• Attention to details, a passion for data accuracy/integrity, and proactive problem solving is required.
• Proficiency in utilizing HR systems and tools, with previous experience in Workday preferred.
• Demonstrated agility and flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and demands, with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Superior customer service orientation, time management, and organizational skills to efficiently manage a high volume of candidate interactions.
• Embraces a partnership mindset, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
