Job Title: Business Operations Analyst – (Automotive Embedded/Americas Europe)
Location: Folsom, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Shift: Work in European and US time zones
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support Business Development activities within an Automotive Embedded business environment. This role will focus on supporting distribution corporate business initiatives and managing distribution accounts. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination experience, and the ability to support both customer-facing and internal business operations within the semiconductor industry.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support Business Development activities within an Automotive Embedded business environment. This role will focus on supporting distribution corporate business initiatives and managing distribution accounts. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination experience, and the ability to support both customer-facing and internal business operations within the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Support and enable design-in and design-win activities aligned with product strategy, including product sampling initiatives.
- Provide regular customer feedback and competitive insights to marketing teams regarding product roadmaps and product lines.
- Partner with global cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, ecosystem teams) to align on product and segment strategies.
- Prepare and deliver business updates, presentations, and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate resolution of customer issues by coordinating meetings with key stakeholders.
- Analyze customer demand to improve forecast accuracy and business continuity.
- Provide long-term demand forecasting to support business planning processes.
- Support customers and distribution partners with marketing updates, product documentation, presentations, and related communications.
- Strong customer orientation with timely and comprehensive support.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and application needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, advise, influence, and consult.
- Experience analyzing data and synthesizing findings to recommend solutions.
- Process-oriented, organized, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage short-notice requests and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools, tableau or other dashboards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to support European and East Coast time zones (e.g., early Pacific start time).
- Engineering degree in Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Product Engineering, or related field preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in a similar business support, analyst, or sales support role.
- Background and understanding of the semiconductor industry .
