Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing historical validation data and current control strategies.
- Support the execution of risk assessments to identify worst-case vial sizes.
- Perform statistical analysis, as necessary, to justify proposed strategy changes.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in technical discussions.
- Follow instructions and work independently on assigned tasks with regular mentor check-ins.
- Applicants must attend an accredited university in Puerto Rico or reside in Puerto Rico.
- Seniors graduating in Spring or Summer 2026 are eligible to apply only if they will be continuing their education for the following semester (Fall 2026).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Completed coursework in Heat Transfer, Statistics, or Process Engineering preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with statistical tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly.
- Proven teamwork skills, self-starter, results oriented and build and maintain strong relationships with multiple groups.
