We’re seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join the Integrations team at Pipedream. 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of 10,000+ triggers and actions across our marketplace of 3,000+ integrated apps (e.g., Notion, OpenAI, GSuite, and Slack). These connectors are implemented as Node.js components and are used by AI agents and production workflows to execute tasks across software applications. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, users, and partners to validate that integrations work as expected and will play a critical role in maintaining confidence in the platform.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test strategies to accelerate the velocity of high-quality connector development.

• Effectively leverage AI to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of new and existing integrations.

• Identify technical and usability issues with connectors and collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize and resolve them.

• Investigate, reproduce and support the triage and resolution of production integration issues reported by users, partners, or other stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling and collaborate with product and engineering to improve testability of integrations.

Required skills and qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a QA Engineer (or equivalent) with hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.

• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python, with the ability to read and reason about production code.

• Experience testing APIs and products with large and complex surface areas.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and users asynchronously.

• Ability to GSD in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities 

• Curious about learning new technologies, tools, and techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Experience developing component on the Pipedream platform.

• Experience building or testing AI products and tool-calling agents.

• Experience with version control and collaboration tools (Git, Bitbucket).
