Creative Director

Location: Santa Monica CA
Duration: 6 Months
 

Premium Content Production | Brand Innovation Lab

Role Overview

  • Lead custom, high-impact campaigns from creative brief through launch

  • Report directly to the Sr. Creative Director

  • Develop innovative, co-branded campaigns with a leading streaming platform and external brands

  • Drive video-first ideas that scale into full 360° campaign executions

  • Work across a large, multi-platform digital ecosystem

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Balance stakeholder needs while maintaining a high creative bar and strong customer focus


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sr. Creative Director to align on creative vision and strategic direction

  • Lead campaign concept development and execution within production and IP constraints

  • Direct creative for video-first initiatives across multiple formats

  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Solutions Managers, and Producers

  • Develop customer-focused creative solutions aligned to campaign objectives

  • Oversee and write compelling copy that flexes across streaming, web, voice, social, and interactive platforms

  • Oversee and write video scripts ranging from :60-second spots to long-form content and landing page experiences

  • Own the creative component of select client relationships

  • Present creative concepts and copy solutions to internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners

  • Apply a strong visual eye to provide feedback and elevate creative quality

  • Present frequently and build strong cross-functional relationships

  • Contribute to creative and writing process development and documentation

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines and business goals


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Creative Director or senior creative leadership role

  • Strong background in video-led storytelling and content production

  • Exceptional copywriting and conceptual development skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions

  • Strong visual sensibility with experience providing creative feedback and direction

  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, collaborative environments

  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders


Preferred Experience

  • Entertainment or premium streaming content marketing

  • Co-branded or advertiser-led storytelling campaigns

  • Working within large, matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams
