Position: Premium Content Production | Branding/Marketing Division
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Santa Monica CA
As a Creative Director (Contract) on the Premium Content Production team, you’ll lead high-impact custom campaigns from creative brief through launch. Reporting to the Sr. Creative Director, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to craft innovative, co-branded campaigns with Video and external brands, from first pitch to final execution.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and hands-on creative leadership. You’ll develop bold, customer-first ideas that scale from video assets to full 360° campaign placements across a large digital ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with studio teams, account leaders, sales partners, go-to-market teams, and production partners to deliver work that pushes creative boundaries while meeting business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings exceptional copywriting skills, strong strategic instincts, and a sharp visual eye, with deep experience in video-led storytelling. You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities with confidence, and consistently deliver work that meets a high creative bar.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the Sr. Creative Director to align on creative vision and strategic direction

Lead campaign concept development and execution for video-first initiatives within production and IP constraints

Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, Solutions Managers, and Producers to deliver customer-focused creative solutions

Oversee and write compelling copy that flexes across a full digital canvas (including streaming, voice, social, and web placements)

Write and oversee video scripts across multiple formats, from :60s to long-form and landing page experiences

Own the creative arm of select client relationships, presenting concepts and copy to internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners

Apply a strong visual eye to provide feedback and elevate the quality of all creative deliverables

Present frequently and build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners

Contribute to the development and documentation of creative and writing processes

Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional creative quality and meeting deadlines
