Job Description
Role: Product Designer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Description:
As a Product Designer, you are a passionate advocate for the end user and define and deliver solutions to user-centered problems aligned with technology and business objectives. You are critical to helping us understand whether our experience strategy works, providing excitement and momentum to collaborate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and company leaders to take products from concept to launch.
2. Explore divergent concepts to solve user pain points while understanding how to scope the solution to build iteratively towards the product vision.
3. Deliver detailed wireframes, user flows, functional specification documentation and other artifacts to agile development teams and refine as needed during project sprints.
4. Understand our customers and sales reps by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and serve as their advocate when making design decisions.
5. Champion the user’s perspective by running generative and evaluative user research studies in coordination with Design Leads.
6. Demonstrate a bias to action to gather evidence to support key investment decisions.
7. Participate in regular design reviews to provide constructive feedback and maintain design quality and consistency.
8. Serve as a mentor, sharing your expertise and fostering the development of design acumen within the team.
