The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent non-profit health system to recruit an Interventional Cardiologist for a well-established Heart & Vascular program serving a multi-state region. This organization has delivered high-quality, patient-centered care for more than a century and is nationally recognized for clinical excellence, physician engagement, and long-term financial stability.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Interventional Cardiology (non-structural) position
  

• Inpatient and outpatient practice supported by experienced APPs
  

• Join a collaborative team of 2+ interventional cardiologists and 4+ APPs
  

• Established referral relationships with Electrophysiology and Cardiothoracic Surgery
  

• Primary practice location in Marion, IL, with some coverage in Mt. Vernon, IL and outreach locations
  

• State-of-the-art facilities and cardiovascular technology
  

• Fully integrated Epic EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings

Compensation & Incentives

• $1.2 Million Income Potential

• Initial wRVU rate: $66.00 per wRVU
  

• Quality bonus opportunity: up to $20,000 annually
  

• APP supervision compensation: $16 per RVU
  

• Sign-on bonus: $40,000

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
  

• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
  

• Non-structural interventional focus
  

• Open to experienced physicians and fellows
