Description:
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager (Contract) to support the Connected Care On Demand product area. This role will partner directly with a Senior Product Manager to support day-to-day execution for Connected Care initiatives, including backlog management, defining epics/user stories, coordinating engineering and design work, tracking dependencies and risks, and supporting lightweight discovery and validation activities. The Associate PM will enable the senior PM to operate at a strategic level and accelerate delivery for priority growth initiatives.
Reporting: Day-to-day partner to Senior Product Manager (Connected Care).
Team: Works closely with engineering, design, clinical/business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.

Required Technical / Tools: Jira (or equivalent), Confluence (or equivalent), Excel/Sheets, basic product analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of Connected Care product initiatives: write and manage small-to-medium epics and user stories, and drive timely delivery.
- Partner with the Senior Product Manager to translate strategy into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog.
- Assist with backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and release coordination; protect engineering heads-down time.
- Help gather and synthesize stakeholder and user feedback; support discovery, lightweight research, and validation activities.
- Track progress, risks, and cross-team dependencies; proactively surface issues and drive day-to-day resolution.
- Create and maintain product artifacts and documentation (epics, roadmaps, release notes, runbooks) to ensure shared visibility.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and product forums; ensure follow-through on action items and decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or related role supporting product delivery.
- Proven ability to write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; experience translating requirements into engineering work.
- Experience working in agile teams; familiarity with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective stakeholder coordination and risk management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience on consumer- or patient-facing digital products; healthcare experience preferred.
- Exposure to discovery, user research, or analytics-driven product work.
- Familiarity with product analytics / experimentation (basic).
