- Client Merchant Solutions (TDMS) is a unique business within Business Banking at the forefront of many emerging trends in the financial industry, such as e-commerce, payments innovation, and strategic partnerships.
- TDMS provides reliable, flexible, and easy to use e-commerce and Point of Sale (POS) card payment solutions to small business, commercial, and corporate clients.
- TDMS is the only Canadian fully bank-owned and operated merchant acquirer, managing all debit and credit card transactions for our merchants from authorization through to clearing and settlement.

Position Overview:
- The Business Analyst position provides critical support to Client 's Merchant Delivery team for the effective execution of major Merchant Customer rollouts and projects involving Point of Sale Devices. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish project timelines, and serve as the subject matter expert/conduit, ensuring that initiatives are completed on schedule, within budget, and deliver an exceptional merchant experience.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and organizing complex project requirements across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to advocate for team requirements and priorities throughout project planning and execution phases.
- Experience in setting targets, defining clear objectives, and developing detailed work-back schedules to meet deadlines.
- Support process documentation, through capturing and documenting processes and procedures to support different teams within Merchant Solutions Group.
- Exceptional self-motivation and a strong work ethic, consistently driving projects forward.
- Track record of effectively influencing and impacting individuals at all organizational levels.
- Excel and MS Office/Projects proficiency
- Strong requirement gathering skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong organization skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice-To-Have
- Vendor management experience, considered an asset
- Prior banking or financial institution experience
- Experience with "point of sale" projects
