Field Marketing Lead (Contract)
Location: US remote
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week
Our client is looking for a high-performing Field Marketing professional to join our team, aligned to the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced, high-growth business through data-driven marketing programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do
- Support the development and execution of integrated field marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, sponsorships, and account-based marketing programs
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and cross-functional Marketing teams to plan and execute initiatives aligned to business priorities
- Analyze campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI; deliver actionable recaps, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Optimize programs based on performance data, feedback, and marketing best practices
- Create executive-ready presentations and communications to promote programs and communicate results
Who You Are
- A highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate metrics into clear, compelling business insights
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ideal Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-performance experience in Marketing, Sales, or a related role
- Experience supporting enterprise sales or go-to-market (GTM) teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Slack is a plus
