Job Description
We are looking for team members to join our Company in our GA Branch. The ideal candidates will receive proposal or job information from the sales department and the technical managers and schedule and distribute to the team of Design Engineers and Technical Drafters under your supervision. Provide guidance so that your team prepares efficient and detailed vertical and horizontal formwork, as well shoring application drawings for complex construction projects, utilizing standard company products and providing cost-effective solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing detailed concrete formwork drawings for commercial, residential, industrial, civil, and infrastructure projects.
• Monitoring progress of projects against schedules to ensue deadlines are met.
• Responsible for preparing accurate material lists.
• Consulting directly with sales personnel and customers to ensure adequate communication and information is conveyed.
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for concrete wall forming, concrete slab shoring, mechanical equipment, dies, tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
• Layout and draw schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines.
• Coordinate with and consult other coworkers to design, layout, or detail components and systems and resolve design or other problems.
• Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
• Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
• Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design details specifications for components or machinery using computer-assisted equipment.
• Position instructions and comments onto drawings.
• Work with sales to produce AutoCAD drawings during the proposal stage and finalize working drawings for site use, utilizing ULMA forming system: Provide material lists for quotations and shipments to the site: Produce and ensure that the drawings indicate the proper use of ULMA

forming equipment and the the drawings represent safe, economical and efficient designs: Ensure that the work is designed with available inventory.

Experience, Education, Skills & Abilities

• 2-7 years of related experience.
• 2-4 years of Supervisory experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
• AutoCAD certification required
• Knowledge of construction industry practices.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office.
