Job Description

Role: Customer Support Representative-II
Location: Remote
Schedule: Wednesday Sunday, 40 hours a week (Weekend availability required)
 
Overview: Join a growing team within the organization to support quality management across Corporate and Catering programs. This role is essential for detecting fulfillment challenges and contributing to the launch of new pilot initiatives in Emerging Categories operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support hourly and daily quality management across Corporate and Catering programs
  • Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures
  • Master internal tools and interact with customers, merchants, and Dashers regularly
  • Detect fulfillment challenges before they become widespread and persistent
  • Contribute actively to launching new pilot initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing contexts
  • Last-mile logistics or delivery customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Slack
  • Bilingual in Spanish
