Job Description
Title : Partnerships Project Manager I
Work Location: Remote (US-based)
Duration: 6 months

Conduct performance analysis of partner accounts/pages to identify optimization opportunities and drive product adoption

Support partner performance tracking, goal measurement, market trend analysis, and forecasting

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Programs, and Partnerships teams

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, balancing business goals with technical and operational constraints
-
Coordinate between internal stakeholders to unblock issues and maintain momentum

Thrive in a startup-style environment, managing pace, ambiguity, and shifting priorities
Minimum Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, partner management, or project management

Strong understanding of the music and entertainment ecosystem

Experience working directly with entertainment partners

Background in technology, social media, digital platforms, or entertainment industries

Proven operational mindset with the ability to bring teams together and improve efficiency

Experience with data analysis and performance insights

Comfortable delivering presentations to diverse audiences

Self-starter with strong prioritization and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish
Experience Requirements
