Job Description
We're looking for an early career User Experience Designer to join our Experience Design team. This role focuses on the essential work that enables our broader design organization to operate effectively: building and maintaining design system assets, supporting accessibility initiatives, and delivering production-ready design work. You'll be the connective tissue between our internal design systems and the teams who use them daily.
What You'll Do
Design System Stewardship (Primary Focus): Create, maintain, and refine Figma component libraries and design system assets that support the broader design team. Track updates from internal source systems, adapt components for team-specific usage, and ensure consistency across our design toolkit. Document component usage guidelines and maintain organized, accessible file structures.
Accessibility Support: Partner with the team on accessibility initiatives, including auditing designs for WCAG compliance, documenting accessibility specifications, and helping designers understand and apply accessibility best practices in their work.
Design Delivery & Production: Support design delivery by preparing production-ready assets, creating redlines and specifications for development handoff, and ensuring designs are properly documented and organized for implementation.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with UX designers, visual designers, and developers to understand their needs and ensure design system assets serve the team effectively. Communicate updates, changes, and best practices to stakeholders.
