Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months

Note: Overtime may be necessary during the quarter close

Job Description: 
• Manage financial closing process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, ensuring consistency and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal policies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between subsidiary's finance teams and corporate stakeholders, providing accounting guidance, resolving reporting issues, and supporting business initiatives.
• Support Oracle system enhancements in local operations and other financial management automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, data integrity, and analytical capabilities.
• Assist accounting treatment of potential initiatives including journals preparation and documentation
