Location - Cleveland, NC
Duration – 3 months
Shift – M - F (First Shift)

Job Description:
- Administer time and attendance systems transaction flow including transmitting employee time and updates of employee access and table maintenance. This includes auditing and review of the time.
- Administers the processing of transactions in time and attendance systems and coordinates the flow of employee transactions in the HRSC Payroll and Workforce Administration groups.
- Maintain all leave accrual balances (sick, vacation, PTO). Coordinate Time & Attendance system calendars for all holidays including floating holidays.
- Processes pay adjustments and corrections, investigates, and resolves employee discrepancies.
- Communicate with Plant Managers and Supervisors regarding employee time-keeping issues.
- Process and report HR or LR all attendance control transactions. Maintain attendance control history.
- Process shift, labor pool and workstation assignments along with rate adjustments for temporary upgrades.
- Update Manager/Supervisor, schedule or job assignments as necessary using Kronos.
- Communicate employee changes or exceptions Corporate Payroll. Provide deduction updates as necessary.
- Provide appropriate plant labor, head count reporting tplant controllers and HR.
- Resolve employee payroll inquiries; provide guidance to rectify benefit administration questions.
- Maintains employee HR/Payroll personnel files and provides customer service for employee payroll and benefit administration questions as well as outside vendors requesting information as authorized.
- Administer nonunion disability plans for pay and recordkeeping.
- Investigate and resolve employee pay discrepancies.
- Suggest and help implement process or system improvements.
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college. Any degree.
Experience:
- Customer Service and/or HR generalist or related field experience.
- Strong written and communication skills are required.
- Team player approach to problem solving and thinking strategically to find opportunities for improvements is required.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Email Etiquette
Nice To Have:
- Timekeeping, Payroll or Finance experience.
- Knowledge of Workday.
- Knowledge of WFM (UKG Workforce Management).
- Worked in a plant atmosphere
