Worksite: Onsite | 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:15 pm) | 2nd shift (2.45pm - 11pm)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Technician to join our dedicated team for the 1st shift. Based at our state-of-the-art facility, you will be responsible for board-level analysis of failed 2-way subscriber products, including both mobile and portable 2-way radios. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies to identify root causes of failures.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Analysis Technician to join our dedicated team for the 1st shift. Based at our state-of-the-art facility, you will be responsible for board-level analysis of failed 2-way subscriber products, including both mobile and portable 2-way radios. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in testing, diagnosing, and repairing electronic assemblies to identify root causes of failures.
- Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using various test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting skills.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems, define corrective actions, and communicate findings effectively.
- Identify vendor versus process defects and write detailed failure analysis reports.
- Record failure data and clearly explain diagnoses.
- Work independently and adapt to varying conditions.
- Support factory operations on weekends when required.
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Proficiency in operating and setting up electronic test equipment, including signal generators, modulation/audio analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and oscilloscopes.
- RF knowledge with 1–3 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for component-level troubleshooting is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of 2-way subscriber products is a plus.
- Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
- 100% onsite presence required.
- Steel toe boots are mandatory.
- Potential for contract extensions beyond the end of the year.
- Exposure to advanced electronic troubleshooting techniques and tools.
