Job Overview

This role leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data, competitor strategies, and industry trends to deliver actionable insights that support executive decision-making, inform business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and help maintain a competitive advantage for the organization.

The position plays a key role in translating complex data into clear, compelling business insights with a strong customer-focused perspective, considering the end-to-end customer experience in strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market, competitor, and industry research to generate actionable business insights

• Analyze and synthesize data to support executive decisions and strategic initiatives

• Identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities impacting the business

• Develop, articulate, and document insights in clear presentations and reports

• Apply deep understanding of business principles, programs, and procedures to complex assignments

• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization

• Maintain a strong customer-centric mindset when evaluating strategies and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in research, data analysis, product marketing, product development, sales, or consulting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to manage complex work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Strong facilitation, leadership, and time-management capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
