The main tasks performed would be the installation of computer parts in order to repair customer PC equipment. This includes running diagnostic software and doing a visual inspections to ensure it meets the client's cosmetic standards. Completes all required documentation using our software tools, including a quality assurance sheet to ensure customer guidelines are met. Complies with departmental training certification requirements. Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures. Works with Lead Technicians on difficult to solve problems. The ability to lift 50 pounds.
