Details:
People Analytics is seeking an experienced project manager to support our portfolio and program management team.
This role will drive complex, cross-functional analytics projects and initiatives to completion. Successful candidates
are self-starters who are comfortable working collaboratively with multiple teams and varied stakeholders.
The People Analytics organization supports The People team through data engineering, data science, and product
development. Team members partner closely with People functions to deliver solutions to support the People
organization as well as business leaders and all Clients's team members. This role will support multiple projects and
initiatives within the organization to allow leaders and team members to focus on priorities. It will require a high level
of organization and attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills to keep teams apprised of progress.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with People Analytics leadership and cross-functional partners to scope and understand needs for incoming projects and initiatives, cutting through ambiguity and creating clarity
- Create project plans, timelines, trackers, templates, status reports, etc to track progress, risks and dependencies for successful execution
- Lead meetings with clear agendas, action items, and follow-ups; proactively follow up with team members to ensure timely completion
- Highlight risks and/or delays which require leadership decisions or feedback, communicate these clear and concisely, including recommendations if applicable to help expedite progress
- Document processes as needed (current state vs future ideal state)
- Assist program management team with creation of org-wide status reporting for executive and functional leadership reviews and alignment
- Use effective communication and influencing skills to support project progress
- 3+ years project and/or program management experience
- Excellent communication and self-starter skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with core tools (Quip, Box, Wrike, Miro, Keynote, etc.)
- Adept at working with cross-functional teams
- Strong collaborative mindset
- Ability to simplify and resolve complex problems through evaluation and coordination of cross-functional teams
