Title: Event Manager V
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Onsite min 3 days per week out of the BURLINGME (Bay Area) office OR NYC (50 Hudson Yards)
The Product Experiences team produces high-impact experiences that create product and platform evangelists by bringing Client consumer hardware and software to market through memorable demos and activations. The team sits within the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing organization and works across Client business units.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Experience Producer / Event Manager to lead and execute large-scale events, activations, and product demonstrations. This role works cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, and agency partners to deliver best-in-class product experiences across global events.
This is a contract position requiring onsite presence at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute events and product experiences across Client

Design, develop, and scale product demos and experiential activations

Provide creative production and logistics expertise (demo design, staffing, tech, on-site support)

Partner closely with marketing, product, creative, and agency teams

Manage agencies and vendors for experiential execution

Develop and improve operational processes and playbooks

Support strategic measurement, post-event reporting, and data collection

Establish marketing and performance measurement plans for events

Travel up to 25–50% as needed
Key Projects / Events

Global industry events: CES, GDC, Cannes Lions, Super Bowl, NBA All-Star

Client -owned events: Connect, partner activations, press launches, policy events

Entertainment and cultural partnerships: Grammys, Oscars, VidCon, iHeart Festival
Must-Have Qualifications
-
5+ years of client-facing experience in event management, production, or creative agencies

Proven experience producing large-scale, complex events

Strong program/project management skills with an operational mindset

Experience coordinating virtual and in-person events

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Experience presenting and communicating with executive leadership

Vendor and production budget management experience

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to analyze event and marketing data to assess impact and performance
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with emerging technology, AI, Wearables, VR, or Reality Labs products

Hands-on experience with wearables

Level 1 technical troubleshooting during live events

Experience working in large, global, matrixed tech organizations

Global event experience (EMEA/APAC)
