Pediatrician – Outpatient Clinic | West Texas

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-scope outpatient pediatric care (newborn through adolescent)
  

• Manage well visits, sick visits, immunizations, and common pediatric conditions
  

• Work collaboratively with an experienced clinical team and support staff
  

• See an average of ~25 patients per day
  

Schedule & Practice Details

• Monday–Friday schedule
  

• Clinic operates 4–4.5 days per week
  

• No hospital rounding / no inpatient responsibilities
  

• EMR: Cerner/PowerChart
  

• Practice is expanding to a second location (growth opportunity)
  

• H-1B visa sponsorship available
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 total compensation package
  

  • ~$230,000 base salary + RVU incentives
    

  • $20,000 quality bonus
    

• $20,000 sign-on bonus
  

• Full benefits package (health coverage, administrative support, etc.)
  

Requirements

• MD/DO
  

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  

• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
