Salary: Competitive base salary starts from $75,000/annum plus uncapped commission

- The Enterprise Account Representative plays a critical role in driving Client Fiber Networks’ growth by bringing high-performance fiber solutions to businesses across the Kansas City metropolitan area.
- This role is responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying opportunities through closing and handoff—while partnering closely with Sales Engineering, Project Management, and Construction teams to deliver reliable, scalable connectivity solutions.
- This is an opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to make a visible impact in a fast-growing organization, build a strong local customer base, and grow alongside client’s expanding fiber network.
- Prospect, develop, and close new enterprise and commercial business opportunities.
- Qualify opportunities including service availability and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and delivery teams.
- Manage full sales lifecycle including proposals and contracts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Represent client at networking and community events.
- Dedicated Fiber Internet (DIA)
- Ethernet / Metro-Ethernet
- VoIP and Unified Communications
- Managed Security Services
- Redundant and Failover Connectivity
- 3-5 years telecom experience.
- 2–4 years B2B outside sales experience.
- Proven success in quota-carrying role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with high accountability.
