Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (Growth Marketing Analyst IV)
Duration: 10 months with possibility of extension

Location: Remote
 
Overview: The Marketing Automation team within the Business Marketing Group at the client is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist. As an expert in marketing automation, you will launch, optimize, and scale global business marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of the client’s products and services. You will orchestrate journeys to use digital channels, such as email, ads, web, and events to drive results. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Build marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including campaign setup, email setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results. 
  • Orchestrate multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder, including digital channels such as email, webinars, messaging, forms, landing pages, in-app messaging, and web. 
  • Set up webinar programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages and forms.
  • Create and maintain lists, segmentations, and data extensions. 
  • Optimize marketing automation programs with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability 
  • Provide campaign-level reporting on email, webinar, and other marketing channels. 
  • Consult with marketing stakeholders on marketing automation and email marketing best practices to drive channel effectiveness. 
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns
 
Must Have Skills:
  • Expert hands-on proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 2+ years experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC))
  • Experience managing Digital Marketing campaigns (FB Ads, SEM, display, email, etc.)  to wide audience sets
  • Clear understanding of email marketing best practices and strategy for large digital marketing systems
  • High level of detail-orientation and QA experience with Marketing Automation campaigns
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to project manage many tasks with strict deadlines and visibility requirements
  • Experience with global B2B or B2C digital multi-channel marketing campaign strategy and planning
 
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud 
  • Strong technical knowledge using Salesforce Marketing Cloud with in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts 
  • Experience with webinar programs 
  • Excellent grasp of best practices for email marketing 
  • Knowledge of CRM, preferably Salesforce 
  • Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills. SQL skills a plus 
  • Fast Learner – Can achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly 
 
Education/Experience: -Bachelor's degree in related field would be a plus but not necessary if they have the experience
