Position Title: QA Specialist
Work Location: Worcester, MA 01604
Assignment Duration: 6 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Summary: Looking for 1 person on a 6-month contract. Role supports audit readiness activities for the Quality organization. The focus is on managing, organizing, and tracking audit action items.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize large and growing audit action-item lists
• Track actions to closure
• Follow up with multiple site owners and SMEs
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science
• 3–5 years of GMP experience preferred
• Biologics experience is a plus
• Audit readiness or audit support experience is desirable
• QA or manufacturing background acceptable
• Small molecule manufacturing experience is acceptable
• Candidates transitioning from manufacturing to QA will be considered if GMP knowledge is strong
• Master’s degree candidates may be considered
• PhD candidates may be considered if comfortable with a 6-month contract
