Title: Project Manager
Duration: 4 Months
Location: 100% Remote
 
Description:
Manager will need candidates to adhere to Pacific or Central Time.
 
This is a short-term, fully remote role supporting a high-priority clinical trials initiative focused on improving how content is created, organized, and accessed across teams. You’ll work with subject-matter experts to organize and catalog large volumes of documentation, break down complex materials into clear, usable resources, and help ensure content stays accurate and easy to find. The work is detail-heavy and documentation-focused, ideal for someone with experience in content management, knowledge management, documentation, or information organization (such as a content specialist, librarian, or documentation-focused project manager).
This is for a Content Librarian role to supplement the team that is building out a communications hub and managed information repository for an important initiative.
 
The Content Librarian will work with the team to:
• Develop and maintain contextual content for SharePoint sites, primarily by synthesizing and reusing existing materials to improve usability and discoverability.
  o Convert timeline-based content into structured, tabular formats suitable for SharePoint timeline views.
  o Consolidate visual summaries to support easier navigation and search.
• Catalog and organize learning and training content
  o Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of affected learning assets.
  o Partner with external vendors and internal learning professionals to assess relevance, identify gaps, and determine which content should be updated, retired, or carried forward.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create, revise, and publish content on SharePoint pages, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with evolving processes.
• Upload, catalog, tag, and manage content using established metadata and taxonomy standards to improve findability and reuse across the organization.
• Design visual aids and process overviews (e.g., flow diagrams, tables, quick-reference visuals) to help users understand new procedures, workflows, and operating models.
 
Nice to Have:
Experience creating visuals or collaborative artifacts using tools such as Miro or Figma
 
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience
 
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize complex information clearly and consistently
• Experience cataloging and managing content libraries or knowledge repositories
• Working knowledge of user-centered design principles and information architecture
• Hands-on experience creating and managing content in SharePoint
• Comfort with creating simple visualizations and graphics
• Microsoft Suite
• Ability to work during US time zone
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • meet with immediate team, partners and SME to strategize best content approach
  • rework content to create new copy in modern formats
  • catalog/tag materials for Sharepoint
