Job Description
Sr. Business Process Analyst
- Assist with Sales annual planning projects and enhancement activities and enable execution of territory assignment and quota planning throughout the year
- Partner with business teams to develop delivery roadmaps, define and document business processes, and establish system requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional business partners to ensure business alignment and actionable outcomes
- Manage end-to-end project processes, gather user requirements, document requirement details, create user stories based on collected business requirements.
- Perform QA testing, create UAT testing scripts, and coordinate UAT activities for Anaplan projects implementation
- Partner closely with Anaplan developers and Model builders to develop user guide documentation and provide enablement user training or demo whenever required
- Perform data validations, analysis or reconciliation when discrepancies occurred
- Partner with Sales Commission team and Sales Operations to identify any data issues and/or the root cause of data discrepancies
- Drive process improvement to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities in support of cross-functional stakeholders and strategic initiatives
- Ensure all related activities are delivered with a focus on customer service and quality
- 6+ years' experience of Sales Strategic planning; Experience with high-tech Cloud industry a plus
- Detail oriented and result focused to drive completion
- Gathers and analyzes data to understand the pros and cons of different decisions and options
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication is a strong requirement
- Positive “can do” attitude and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
