Job Title: Service Associate I (401k/S125) / Service Associate - 401(k) Client Service
Location: Phoenix AZ 85053
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: 9am-6pm but will change in March to 8am-5pm MST.
Job Description:
Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for client's products in the S125 Client Service Center. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and participant and client claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with client's policies and procedures.

Job Description:
Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for client's products in the S125 Client Service Center. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and participant and client claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with client's policies and procedures.
- Delivers quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of a single client product.
- Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
- Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization.
- Handles inbound calls from active and terminated participants/employees of client’s Insurance Agency (PIA) clients.
- Handles inbound calls from client/employer plan administrators.
- Provides education on S125 products, clients policies & procedures, or IRS guidelines & regulations.
- Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams within the PIA.
- Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization.
- Associate’s degree – Preferred.
