Job Description
Position Title: Digital Content Strategist
Duration: 6 months
Physical Working Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid - 3-4 days (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
• Post content on internal enterprise communication channels, including Client's Central
• Primary responsibility for blog posting using Contentful, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
• Assist with email communications as needed, formatting and distributing emails using Workshop; provide backup email distribution support as needed.
• Analyzing content data to identify trends and anticipate employee needs.
• Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
• Performing content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.
• Creating, adjusting, and managing the editorial calendar.
• Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through research.
• Work on continual improvements on intranet
• Post on client's blog
Must Haves:
• 2+ year of experience in Digital/Content management
• 2+ years of Web Content experience
• Sound knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Previous experience with the following will help you hit the ground running: SharePoint Online, Contentful, Workshop, Adobe Pro
• Previous stakeholder experience
Nice To Haves:
• Previous banking, financial services
• JIRA experience/exposure
Skills:
• Strong content presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field.
Interviews:
• 1st round with HM and Team member - 30 minutes virtual via MS Teams
• 2nd round with HM's manager - 30 minutes virtual via MS Teams
