You'll lead initiatives across multiple clients, driving process improvements, solution design, and implementation while mentoring junior colleagues. Projects will expose you to advanced ERP and EPM functionalities, enabling you to build deep expertise and business acumen.

As a Senior NSPB (EPM) Consultant, you are a trusted advisor capable of working directly with senior executives. You bring both technical expertise and business insight, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. You are adept at optimizing processes, delivering scalable solutions, and guiding clients through enterprise transformation initiatives.
You will also collaborate closely with internal teams Sales, Product, and Delivery to define requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure their client satisfaction.

The Commitment
- Serve as the primary EPM consultant for 35 clients, acting as their systems expert, business advisor, and driver of process improvements.
- Lead engagement with senior client executives, understanding, validating, and documenting business requirements.
- Become a subject-matter expert in NetSuite EPM and related modules.
- Design and deliver custom NSPB solutions and enhancements, not limited to standard configurations
- Handle complex NSPB implementations, thinking creatively and “outside the box” to solve client challenges
- Translate business needs into scalable, efficient, and compliant EPM solutions.
- Manage solution delivery end-to-end: requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user enablement.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure project success, alignment with client objectives, and smooth handoffs to post-implementation support.
- Identify opportunities for automation, advanced reporting, and data-driven insights that drive measurable business value.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing coaching, feedback, and support in their growth.
- Contribute to internal best practices, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership in EPM and ERP solutions.
- Core Expertise: NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) — this is the primary and non-negotiable skill
- 5–6+ full end-to-end NSPB implementations completed successfully
- Strong hands-on experience with NSPB customization and enhancements, beyond standard implementations
- Background as an EPM consultant preferred over general NetSuite ERP profiles
- Ability to start immediately and operate with zero ramp-up or training
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/EPM implementation, or enterprise technology advisory
- Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and client communication skills
- Experience working directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-demand consulting environments
