About Client
Solving the most complex technology and business challenges is what Client is about. As a top Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner with over seven industry and partner awards, Client sets new benchmarks in ERP services. We are a recognized leader in construction and manufacturing, and as a top 5 Alliance Partner, we tackle the hardest industry problems while raising the bar for the professional services and software industry.
The Value
At Client , our people are our greatest strength. We invest in talented professionals from diverse backgrounds and provide opportunities to learn, innovate, and lead at an unmatched pace. You will work on high-impact enterprise projects across industries, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to Client ’s continued growth and thought leadership.
Our culture is built on integrity, collaboration, and continuous growth.

The Role (The Grind)
You will join a high-performing delivery team responsible for implementing and optimizing NetSuite EPM / NSPB solutions across multiple clients. This is a hands-on delivery role, requiring deep NSPB expertise and the ability to take ownership of projects at various stages—from early implementation to go-live and optimization.
You will be managing 35+ clients simultaneously, each at different phases of their NSPB journey, and will be expected to step in confidently and deliver without training or onboarding support.

The Talent
As a Senior NSPB (EPM) Consultant, you are a trusted advisor who works directly with senior client executives. You bring deep technical expertise in NSPB along with strong business acumen, enabling you to translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable, effective EPM solutions.
You will collaborate closely with internal Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to define requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, and ensure strong client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities (The Commitment)
  • Serve as the primary NSPB/EPM consultant for 35+ clients, acting as systems expert, business advisor, and driver of process improvements
  • Lead engagement with senior client executives to understand, validate, and document business requirements
  • Take end-to-end ownership of NSPB solution delivery, including:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Solution design and documentation
    • Configuration, customization, and enhancements
    • Implementation, testing, and user enablement
  • Work across projects in varying stages, including:
    • Active implementations
    • Go-live and post-go-live stabilization
    • Projects not yet started
  • Design and deliver custom NSPB solutions and enhancements, not limited to standard configurations
  • Handle complex NSPB implementations, thinking creatively and “outside the box” to solve client challenges
  • Identify opportunities for automation, advanced reporting, and data-driven insights
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure project success and smooth handoffs to post-implementation support
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants as needed
  • Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing in EPM and ERP solutions

Required Skills & Experience (The Essentials)
  • Core Expertise: NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) — this is the primary and non-negotiable skill
  • 5–6+ full end-to-end NSPB implementations completed successfully
  • Strong hands-on experience with NSPB customization and enhancements, beyond standard implementations
  • Background as an EPM consultant preferred over general NetSuite ERP profiles
  • Ability to start immediately and operate with zero ramp-up or training
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/EPM implementation, or enterprise technology advisory
  • Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strong requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and client communication skills
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-demand consulting environments

Industry Experience
  • Media industry experience preferred, but candidates from any industry background will be considered if NSPB expertise is strong.
