Location: San Juan, PR
Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hourly
Shift: Administrative 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Performs the process for warranty payments.
• Parts shipment declaration
• Register in the system the vehicle payment and bank daily transactions.
• Monitor custom declarations
• Prepare in a monthly basis the payments for the suppliers.
• Prepare the incentive payment for sales manager and salesman for the dealer network.
• Keep update the salesman and manager information in the system.
• Keep update the supplier information in the system.
• Prepare the 480 forms and “relevos de retencion”.
• Performs the annual physical inventory and report.
• In charge to do the ship out process.
• In charge to authorize the green light.
• Perform petty cash reconciliation.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in an accounting, clerical, or administrative support role.
• Knowledge of the full accounting cycle, including basic journal entries, reconciliations, and closing support.
• Ability to assist with accounts payable, routine payments, and financial documentation.
• Basic understanding of bank transactions and petty cash reconciliation.
• Familiarity with supplier records, inventory support, and shipment documentation is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage routine and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors.
